Click on the SSDF Gifts & Contributions Form button below. A pdf form will open, print the form, fill out, and mail to the Sedalia School District Foundation along with your check made out to “SSDF”. Mailing address is SSDF, PO Box 2505, Sedalia MO 65302-2505.
Using a credit card, debit card, or Pay Pal account?

Click a pre-selected amount to donate or enter any amount in the “Other Amount” box.
Use the dropdown box to designate an area for donation.
Click “Donate with a Debit or Credit Card” or to use your Pay Pal account, click “Donate with Pay Pal”. (Note: Pay Pal charges a 2.2% transaction fee for every donation they process. Please consider adding this amount to your donation to cover the finance charge.)

Administered by the Sedalia School District Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit corporation, donations are tax-deductible under the definition of the Internal Revenue Code.
Through the generosity of alumni, friends, business leaders, and district patrons, we provide alternative funding sources for programs, activities, and improvements to our schools. You may designate your tax-deductible gifts to building enhancement, Dual Credit Scholarships, mini-grants, memorials, and the Brendan Eisenmenger Student Impact Fund. Unrestricted gifts will go into the Foundation general budget to be used for alumni relations, future projects for students, SSD #200 staff, and to uphold the mission of the Foundation.
