In-Kind Donations

There are many ways to support the Sedalia School District…

Donations may be an everyday item to you but are invaluable for our students: Contributions such as books, magazines, computer equipment, office equipment, school supplies, and furniture will be put to good use by increasing the educational opportunities and environment of the Sedalia School District.

Donations may be “Special Value” items: Are you holding on to your old band instrument, that vintage or antique “something”…have you decided it is something you no longer need or want? These items may have value on Craigslist, eBay or other resell sites. We’ll be glad to turn your “trash” into a “treasure” for the district.

Donations may be in the form of “Recycling”:  We’re currently accepting the following items:

• Used inkjet cartridges or toners
• Current Box Tops for Education
• Soda Can Tabs
• Campbells Soup Can Labels

Donations may be a good or service: Did you know…

We provide snacks and meals for district staff several times a year – this means food, drink, and paper goods donations are always needed!

Fundraising events typically need supplies of food, drink, printing services, mailings, door prizes, imprinted items, and manpower!

Perhaps you’d like to support an event by donating cash, products or services? Perhaps you’d like to donate a few hours of your time? We’ll be glad to list your name as a supporter and it’s tax-deductible under the definition of the Internal Revenue code.
